Listings

You can list your new or pre-owned original watch on Watchlabb for free. When you upload photos of your watch, our AI assistant Woci adds details such as brand, model, reference and case size to your listing. You check the details, add your price and send the listing for review.

Listings from individual members are reviewed by our editors before they go live. A photo taken while creating the listing confirms that the watch is in the seller's hands. With an individual membership you can publish 10 listings free each month.

How does photo verification work?

While creating your listing, you photograph your watch either set to the time shown on screen or next to a piece of paper with the code you are given. This photo confirms that the watch is in your hands.

What do I need to list a watch?

Once you verify your phone number and identity, you can add your watch’s details and photos. While creating a listing you also complete a photo verification that shows the watch is in your hands. Phone and identity verification is done once and is not asked for again on later listings.

Does listing cost anything?

Individual members can publish 10 listings a month for free; the limit renews on the 28th of each month. Store membership starts with a free trial and needs no credit card.

When will my listing go live?

Individual listings go live after they pass the AI and editor review and are approved. Listings from approved stores go live without a separate review.

Your free listing limit renews on the 28th of each month. Unused listings do not carry over to the next month.
