A Watchlabb store is a digital showcase for your watch shop. You bring your original watches to collectors and watch enthusiasts and sell without paying commission. Once your store is approved, your listings go live straight away without review.
Choose how to apply
Every approved store goes live with the “Approved store” badge. When you apply, you choose one of two verification methods:
- With social media: your store is verified through your Instagram account. You add the code we give you to your Instagram bio.
- With company details: your store is verified through your company details and documents. You upload your tax certificate or company registration document.
What you can do with your store
- Publish your whole collection with photos and video, with no listing limit.
- Share your own store page and link with your customers.
- Make offers on Trink Saat listings and see the watches members are looking for on Watch Radar.
- Members who add your store to their favourites are notified of your new listings.

What do I need to apply?
You need to verify your phone and your identity. Then you choose how to apply: with social media, you confirm your Instagram account with the code we give you; with company details, you confirm your company with a tax certificate or a company registration document.
Which stores can apply?
Stores selling new or pre-owned original watches can apply. Only original watches are listed on Watchlabb.
Do my listings wait for review before going live?
No. Once your store application is verified, the listings you add go live straight away.
Is opening a store paid?
Applying is free and needs no credit card. Once approved, you use your store free for the first {{period}} with every store feature open.
Which application method should I choose?
If you have a registered company, apply with your company details; if you sell through social media, apply with your social media account. Either way, your store goes live with the “Approved store” badge and gets the same features.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Members reach you directly by phone or WhatsApp. You agree the price, delivery and terms with the member.
