Platform Terms of Use

Effective date: 27/10/2026 · Version 2

1. The Platform and scope

1.1. These terms govern the general use of the services offered through the watchlabb.com website and web-based mobile app (the “Platform”). The address of VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Watchlabb”), which operates the Platform, is Caferağa Mah. Şifa Sk. No: 19, Kolektif House, Kadıköy/İstanbul; its MERSİS number is 0925125301600001; and its support address is destek@watchlabb.com.

1.2. The Platform enables watch listings to be published and interested persons to reach one another. Persons who visit the public areas are referred to as the “User”, and persons who have a membership account as the “Member”. The Members’ account relationship is additionally subject to the Membership Agreement.

1.3. Browsing the public areas does not constitute blanket approval of all personal data processing or of agreements to be published in the future. The acceptances of agreements required for membership and for specific transactions, and optional consents, are obtained at the relevant stages.

2. Distinction between the services

2.1. In ordinary listings, the person offering the watch for sale is the owner of the listing. The price of the watch, its inspection, and the payment and hand-over terms are determined between the buyer and the seller. Watchlabb does not charge a sales commission on watch sales concluded through an ordinary listing.

2.2. Doping, store plans and auction PASS are separate paid services offered by Watchlabb itself. The scope and price of these services are explained on the product and order screen, and the purchase terms in the Preliminary Information Form for Paid Services and the Distance Service Contract for Paid Services.

2.3. Trink Saat is a separate intermediation service that brings together the seller and member stores that make offers, and includes the offer collection, physical hand-over, pre-inspection and completion steps explained in the relevant transaction. The success-based service fee and the parties’ duties are subject to the Trink terms.

2.4. The rules on bidding, the reserve price, the determination of the winner, PASS and completion in auctions are explained in the Auction Rules. A provision relating to a specific service applies first in respect of that service.

3. Membership and verification

3.1. Membership is for persons who are at least 18 years of age and have the necessary legal capacity. New membership may be started with phone verification via WhatsApp or SMS, or with a Google or Microsoft account. Sign-in with an e-mail code is intended for existing accounts that can use this method.

3.2. Phone and identity verification are required for transactions such as posting a listing, bidding in an auction, opening a store and applying for Trink; bidding in an auction additionally requires a valid PASS. A person who does not accept these rules cannot use the relevant transactions. Merely browsing or creating an account is not the same as having access to these transactions.

3.3. The Member uses accurate and up-to-date information and protects their one-time codes and sessions. The Member may not use another person’s identity or account. Verifications may be requested again where necessary.

3.4. Identity and phone verification are not a guarantee as to the authenticity or ownership of the watch, the person’s ability to pay or that the sale will take place. Nor may store status and the badges on the Platform be interpreted as meaning that Watchlabb stands surety for the person concerned.

4. Listing content and publication

4.1. The person posting a listing declares that they are the owner of the watch or are authorised to sell it, that the watch is original and its sale is lawful, and that the description and images reflect the truth. They may not conceal known faults and damage, replaced parts or significant shortcomings.

4.2. Listings of products that are non-original, stolen, that the seller is not authorised to sell or that are unlawful are not accepted. Photographs, documents or personal information belonging to others may not be used without permission.

4.3. The publication method may vary according to the account and listing type. The availability of automatic publication for active stores and eligible accounts does not mean that no subsequent review will be carried out or that listings will never be removed.

4.4. A publication check carried out on the basis of photographs, descriptions or documents does not mean that the watch has been physically examined or that a guarantee of originality, ownership or working order has been given. Watchlabb may apply its publication rules without turning members’ declarations into a product guarantee.

4.5. The listing status of a watch that has been withdrawn from sale or sold must be updated. Closing a listing to the public does not automatically remove obligations of the parties that have already arisen, nor the keeping of necessary records in a restricted legal archive.

5. Safe transactions and third parties

5.1. Watchlabb is not the buyer, seller or payment guarantor of an ordinary watch sale. Unless a service has been expressly offered separately, in ordinary listings it does not collect the price of the watch, does not provide escrow payment protection and does not undertake delivery.

5.2. The parties are obliged to check the watch, the person they are dealing with and the payment account. Sending a deposit to an unknown person, or paying into a third party’s account instead of the other party’s, carries risk. Membership, publication approval or a support conversation does not mean that Watchlabb has assumed these risks.

5.3. Where a request is said to be sent on behalf of Watchlabb, the current official communication channels should be checked. Messages that use the Watchlabb signature are separate from sign-in/verification code messages; the signature is a security aid and does not create a product or payment guarantee. Sign-in codes and personal signature information should not be shared.

5.4. The presence of external links or third-party services does not mean that their content and all their transactions are approved by Watchlabb.

6. Prohibited use

6.1. Fraud, the use of false identity or documents, non-genuine offers, price and interest manipulation, opening misleading accounts, using duplicate accounts to circumvent the rules, harassment and threats are prohibited.

6.2. Unauthorised personal information, advertising or misleading payment redirections may not be added to listing descriptions, images or restricted areas in order to circumvent the publication rules. The use, in accordance with the rules, of the communication areas specifically provided by the Platform is reserved.

6.3. Unauthorised bulk data extraction, copying of content, sending unsolicited messages, malicious software, unauthorised access and circumventing security measures are prohibited. Rights of use arising from law are reserved.

6.4. A complaint made in good faith about a genuine problem, or the lawful pursuit of one’s rights, does not constitute misuse. Knowingly producing unfounded complaints and evidence is prohibited.

7. Review and appeals

7.1. On grounds of a breach, a concrete security risk, an inconsistency in verification, suspected fraud, misleading content or a request from a competent authority, Watchlabb may request information; reject publication, remove content, restrict the relevant service, or suspend and close the account.

7.2. In urgent cases, interim measures may be applied without prior notice. Where appropriate in law and in terms of the security of the review, the reasons are given and an opportunity to object through support is provided. Purchasing a paid service does not confer the right to keep content that involves a breach published.

7.3. Reviewing a complaint does not mean that Watchlabb stands surety for a sales dispute or assumes a party’s debt. Necessary information and documents are shared with the competent authorities only where there is a lawful reason and to the lawful extent.

8. Content and intellectual property rights

8.1. The Platform’s software, design and trade marks, and content belonging to Watchlabb, are protected. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, distribution or transfer to another service outside ordinary use is not permitted.

8.2. Responsibility for the rights and authorisations in content uploaded by members lies with the relevant Member. The permission to use content that is necessary for presenting it on the Platform and promoting the related listing applies within the purpose and limits set out in the Membership Agreement; it does not constitute an indefinite and unlimited transfer of rights.

9. Data, cookies and communication

9.1. Personal data processing and the use of cookies are explained in the relevant privacy notice, privacy and cookie documents. General use does not replace separate explicit consent or optional cookie consent.

9.2. Notifications necessary for security and for ongoing service transactions are managed separately from optional information and campaign messages. Commercial promotions are sent with the necessary consent; the right to opt out may be exercised.

9.3. AI-assisted replies and hand-off to the team may be used in WhatsApp support. The related data processing and the use of service providers are explained in the privacy notices. Support replies do not create any product or third-party guarantee that has not been separately undertaken.

10. Continuity of the service and liability

10.1. Watchlabb may make technical changes in order to develop the service, carry out maintenance and ensure security. Third-party infrastructure and connection interruptions may affect access. Uninterrupted access, sales, customers, revenue or any particular number of views are not guaranteed unless separately undertaken.

10.2. The effect of events beyond control is assessed in the light of the nature of the event and the applicable law. Not every technical fault automatically constitutes force majeure or a situation that removes all liability.

10.3. Claims arising from the content of an ordinary listing and from the watch sale between the parties are directed against the persons concerned. Watchlabb’s own paid services, the checking or safekeeping work it actually undertakes in Trink, and its obligations that cannot be excluded by law are reserved. No exclusion of liability is provided for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Changes, other documents and disputes

11.1. Watchlabb reserves the right to change free listing limits, plans, fees, service periods, and the scope and operation of the services, to create or end campaigns, to add new services or to discontinue a service. These terms may also be updated; the current text enters into force on the date on which it is published, and material changes are announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform means acceptance of the current terms. Changes do not retroactively alter past transactions or services already purchased.

11.2. The membership, store, paid services and Trink documents apply in their own subject areas. A text that has not yet been offered, or whose acceptance is required separately, is not deemed accepted merely because it is referred to by name.

11.3. Turkish law applies regardless of the country in which the User lives; mandatory protective provisions and rules on jurisdiction are reserved. The User may apply to destek@watchlabb.com. The rights to apply to the competent court, consumer arbitration committee and administrative authorities are protected.
