Trink Saat Seller Declaration

1. Rights over the watch and authority to sell

I declare that I am the owner of the watch I have submitted in my Trink Saat application, or that I am offering it for sale under valid authority obtained from its owner, and that I can document this authority when required. I accept that the watch is original and not stolen; that there is no third-party right, interim measure or restriction preventing its sale; and that, if there is, I will disclose the relevant circumstances before applying.

I declare that I will not present a watch belonging to someone else as if it were my own property, and that I will not make misleading statements in my identity and authority information.

2. Watch, photograph and document information

I declare that the photographs show the actual watch that is the subject of the application, and that I have checked the descriptions of the brand, model, reference, serial information, condition, operation, box, documents and accessories. I also check the accuracy of the information filled in by auxiliary artificial intelligence tools.

I will not conceal any faults, damage, repairs, replaced or non-original parts, incomplete set or other material circumstances known to me that could affect the decision on the sale. I will not use documents or images belonging to another watch; I will not alter the images in a way that shows the watch differently from how it actually is.

I will provide the box, documents and parts stated in the listing together with the watch. If I later notice anything missing or any error, I will notify Watchlabb before payment and hand-over.

3. Ownership check and privacy

I will provide the ownership verification photograph requested in the form myself, in accordance with the watch time setting or verification method shown. I am aware that this photograph helps to assess whether the watch is in my possession, and that it is not on its own a document of legal ownership or originality.

I will conceal unnecessary personal information in photographs, documents and descriptions. I will not share other people’s identity, contact or bank details without permission.

4. Verification, hand-over and payment

I will provide my identity and contact details accurately. I accept that the authority of the person handing over or collecting the watch may be checked. I will not give untrue hand-over or payment confirmations.

I declare that the payment account is held in my first name and surname as shown in my identity verification or, for an eligible business transaction, in the trade name of the relevant business. I will not request payment to another person’s account; I will notify any change in account details through a secure official channel.

5. Pre-inspection and the decision to sell

I am aware that Watchlabb does not assume responsibility for my own declarations by reviewing the listing, verifying my identity or preparing the Pre-inspection Report, and that the report is not an expert appraisal or a product guarantee. I may object to the report and request an explanation.

Under the Trink Saat Seller and Intermediation Terms, I may withdraw from the sale until the full confirmed net price has actually reached my registered account. After full payment, I will discuss any request to take the watch back or for a cancellation by agreement with the buying store. This declaration is not blanket consent to the findings of the report, a waiver of the right to withdraw before payment, or unconditional authority for Watchlabb to sell.

6. Responsibility and records

I am responsible for the accuracy of my declarations and for my authority. In the event of untruthfulness or a security risk, the application may be halted, rejected or reviewed; specific abuse may be taken into account in respect of participation in the relevant service. Watchlabb does not apply fines, contractual penalties or withdrawal penalties.

My declaration is recorded and linked to the relevant application, the information I provided, the text version and the time of acceptance. Personal data is processed in accordance with the relevant privacy notices. My rights that cannot be excluded by law are reserved.
