Commercial Electronic Message Consent

1. Scope of the consent

With this consent, VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Watchlabb”) may send you promotional messages, such as announcements of campaigns, discounts, new services, auctions and events, via WhatsApp, e-mail and push notification channels. You may give your consent separately for each channel.

2. Giving and withdrawing consent

Consent is given with the “Yes, send me offers” option in the WhatsApp set-up step or with the channel switches in the Profile → Notification settings → Campaigns section. You may withdraw your consent free of charge at any time from the same section, or write to destek@watchlabb.com. No promotional messages are sent through a channel for which consent has been withdrawn.

Not giving consent, or withdrawing it, does not affect your membership or your transactions on the Platform.

3. Service notifications

Service-related notifications, such as sign-in and verification codes, listing, auction, payment and Trink Saat notifications, security alerts and the Watch Radar matches you follow, are independent of this consent; they are managed separately in the notification settings.

4. Records and personal data

Your consent and opt-out actions are recorded together with the channel and date. These records are retained for 3 years for evidential purposes, including if you delete your account. Information on the processing of your personal data is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
