Trink Saat Store Purchase Terms
Effective date: 27/10/2026 · Version 2
1. Parties, purpose and scope
1.1. These terms govern the participation, offer, report, purchase confirmation and completion process between an active member store taking part in the Trink Saat service as a buyer, together with the person authorised to represent it (the “Store”), and VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Watchlabb”).
1.2. Watchlabb’s address is Caferağa Mah. Şifa Sk. No: 19, Kolektif House, Kadıköy/İstanbul; its MERSİS number is 0925125301600001; its e-mail address is destek@watchlabb.com; and its support telephone number is +90 535 048 51 77.
1.3. Watchlabb brings the Seller and the Store together and coordinates the hand-over, pre-inspection and payment steps described in the transaction. It is not the seller of the watch; it does not assume, in its own name, the Seller’s ownership, product or other sale obligations. Its own inspection, safekeeping and confirmed payment tasks are assessed separately.
2. Participation and eligibility
2.1. Participation requires the store to be in an eligible active status, the necessary verifications to have been completed and the current purchase terms to have been accepted. The Store sets its participation preference and the price ranges it is interested in from the Trink Saat settings in the My store section.
2.2. Listings are opened to participating stores that match the relevant price range. Participation does not guarantee access to every listing or the right to make an offer on every listing. The Store may not make an offer, from its own account or from linked accounts, on a watch that it has itself put up for sale.
2.3. The participation preference may be changed for subsequent listings. Turning off participation does not automatically cancel offers already made or the status of confirmed purchases. The effect of store closure and of the expiry of the term on open offers is assessed according to the relevant transaction records.
2.4. Acceptance of the current terms is obtained at the participation stage; the same agreement does not need to be ticked again for each offer. However, a specific price, report, revision or hand-over decision is subject to its own transaction confirmation.
3. Sealed offers and price calculation
3.1. The Store makes its own purchase assessment by examining the images and descriptions of the watch. Watchlabb’s acceptance of a listing into the service does not mean that it guarantees that the watch is original or in full working order. The subsequent physical pre-inspection is also a separate and limited stage.
3.2. Offers are made in US dollars, at a minimum of $100 and in multiples of $10. The offer collection period is two hours from the moment the listing actually opens. The relevant opening and closing times and the time remaining are shown on the transaction screen.
3.3. Offers are sealed; the Store does not see the amounts offered by other stores. While the period is running, a new offer may be made; the last valid offer replaces the previous one, even if it is lower. An offer that has been made is not deleted, and the first offer cannot be changed after the period has ended. In the event of a tie, the valid offer recorded first takes priority.
3.4. The Store’s offer is the sum of the net amount to be transferred to the Seller and Watchlabb’s success-based intermediation service fee. Under the current calculation, the net amount is 90 per cent of the gross offer and the service fee is 10 per cent. For example, on a gross offer of $1,000, the net amount presented to the Seller is $900 and the Watchlabb service fee is $100. This service fee is included in the offer total; the same fee is not charged separately to the Seller.
3.5. Only the net amount payable to the Seller is presented to the Seller. The Store checks the “Offer to be presented to the customer” amount in the offer form. If a revised offer is accepted, the same net/gross calculation applies to the newly accepted amount. A change in the rate does not retroactively change the calculation for a transaction that has already arisen.
3.6. The fact that the first offer remains the highest, or that the Seller accepts it, does not place Watchlabb under any obligation to supply or purchase the watch or to cover the profit the Store expects.
4. The Seller’s first decision and hand-over
4.1. The Seller may accept or reject the highest net amount until 23.59 Istanbul time on the day on which offer collection ends. Failure to respond does not count as acceptance of the first offer. If the offer is not accepted, the process does not result in a sale.
4.2. The first acceptance moves the process on to bringing the watch to the inspection centre and to the pre-inspection stage. It is not a guarantee that the Seller will definitely bring the watch, that the watch is in the same condition as in the listing or that the final sale will take place.
4.3. The deadline notified to the Seller for bringing in the watch is 19.00 on the second working day after the day of acceptance; for this purpose, working days are Monday to Saturday and times are Istanbul time. Any issue with the deadline or the hand-over is assessed by Watchlabb; any appropriate additional time or decision to cancel is notified to the parties.
4.4. If the Seller does not bring in the watch, withdraws before the full net price has been paid to them, or the product is not found suitable for the process, Watchlabb is not obliged to provide another watch or an alternative purchase at the same price. The Store’s purchase confirmation does not remove the Seller’s unilateral right to withdraw before payment. No separate penalty or withdrawal fee is applied merely because the sale does not take place.
5. Pre-inspection and report
5.1. The watch and the parts brought in are recorded on hand-over. The Pre-inspection Report contains a comparison of the condition of the watch at the time of inspection with the listing details, in respect of the matters that could be inspected. The case and caseback are not opened.
5.2. Pre-inspection is not an expert appraisal, a brand service examination, a certificate of originality, or a guarantee of ownership or against hidden faults. A result of “Consistent with the listing” in the report does not mean that all internal parts and any problems that may arise in future have been examined. Matters that could not be checked and matters found to differ are stated in the report.
5.3. If the report indicates a doubt as to originality or a situation in which the process cannot be safely continued, Watchlabb may halt the transaction. The fact that a report is not prepared, or that the sale is not completed for this reason, does not mean that Watchlabb has breached any undertaking to sell the watch.
5.4. The Store examines the report and images for its own purchase assessment, and sends any request for an explanation or further examination to Watchlabb. If an additional expert appraisal is to be carried out, the Seller’s agreement, the method, authority, scope, duration and any fee are determined separately in advance. Watchlabb’s forwarding of the request does not mean that it guarantees the result of the appraisal or the expert opinion.
5.5. Where the report needs to be corrected, a new version of the report and the reason for the correction are recorded; the purchase decisions affected are presented again. Acceptance of an earlier report does not count as acceptance of a later, different report.
6. Purchase, rejection and revised offer
6.1. By the final decision time shown on the transaction screen on the day the report is published, the Store may approve the purchase, withdraw with a brief reason or, if the report shows a difference, make a revised offer. Opening or downloading the report does not in itself constitute approval of the purchase.
6.2. Even if the report is consistent with the listing, the Store may decline to buy before final purchase confirmation. A single withdrawal does not in itself count as abuse. However, where a Store that has obtained the Seller’s acceptance by making the highest offer repeatedly withdraws from purchases without good reason, consecutively or at different times, even though the reports show no difference from the listing, this may be reviewed by assessing the transaction records and explanations together. If repeated abuse is established, Watchlabb management may temporarily restrict or terminate the Store’s participation in Trink Saat. This is a decision on participation in the service; no fine, contractual penalty or withdrawal fee is applied.
6.3. A revised offer may be made, at an amount lower than the first offer, where differences have been identified in the current report. The Store clearly states the report differences it has selected and any additional reason; it may not add personal contact details or misleading reasons. The current minimum amount and the multiple-of-$10 rule also apply to the revised offer.
6.4. The revised offer is presented to the Seller with the new net amount. The Seller’s acceptance within the period constitutes final purchase confirmation for that price, without further approval being obtained from the Store. Before sending it, the Store checks the amount and consequences of this offer, which is subject to the Seller’s separate acceptance.
6.5. The Seller may reject the revised offer. If it is rejected, the sale is not completed and the return process is carried out. When the period expires, silence does not count as acceptance; Watchlabb may extend the relevant decision period or bring the transaction to a close. The initial two-hour offer collection period is separate from these decision periods.
7. Final confirmation and payment
7.1. The Store’s express approval of the purchase after the report, or the Seller’s acceptance of its revised offer, is the purchase confirmation for moving on to the payment and completion stage. The relevant amount, the report version and the parties’ decisions are recorded. This confirmation does not by itself transfer ownership; until the full net price has actually reached their registered account, the Seller may withdraw from the sale without the store’s separate consent. Watchlabb does not become the seller in the sale of the watch or a guarantor of the product.
7.2. The payment currency, the exchange rate if one applies, the total obligation, the payees and the time of payment are disclosed and confirmed before the transaction is completed. The fact that an offer was made in dollars does not permit an undisclosed exchange rate or additional charge to be applied.
7.3. Under the transaction arrangement notified by Watchlabb, the Store may pay the net amount directly to the Seller’s confirmed account and the service fee separately to Watchlabb. Alternatively, the gross amount is transferred to the notified Watchlabb account and the passing on of the net amount to the Seller is coordinated. Each payment is made with the payee, amount and transaction reference notified for it.
7.4. A payment made to the account of a third party outside the transaction, or following an unconfirmed redirection, does not automatically discharge the debt. The official payment details and the account payee are checked. An advance payment made by Watchlabb to the Seller in a separately confirmed manner does not remove the payment obligation approved by the Store.
7.5. Watchlabb becomes entitled to the service fee when the sale is actually completed. No success fee arises for a transaction that is not completed; if a service fee has previously been collected on this basis, its refund or set-off is handled through the relevant transaction record. Any return of the price of the watch is coordinated separately, taking into account the actual recipient of the money and the status of the transaction.
7.6. Unless separately notified to and confirmed with the Store, Watchlabb does not guarantee any payment, refund or hand-over obligation of the Seller or of any other person. Watchlabb’s own obligations relating to money it has actually received and to a transfer task it has expressly undertaken are reserved.
8. Taking delivery and cancellation requests
8.1. The parties agree that the sale becomes final and the watch passes to the Store when the full confirmed net price has actually reached the Seller’s registered account. If the watch is at the inspection centre, it is held on behalf of the Store after payment confirmation, in accordance with the hand-over instruction given by the Seller under these terms; the payment confirmation and the hand-over arrangement are recorded in the transaction record. Physical hand-over of the watch is made to the Store, or to its representative whose authority has been confirmed, under the arrangement confirmed by Watchlabb. The Store compares the identification of the watch, the report and the set, and reports any missing item or difference at hand-over.
8.2. The “I have taken delivery” confirmation shows the watch and the report in respect of which delivery was taken. This confirmation cannot be used in place of the hand-over of a watch that was never handed over, and does not mean an advance waiver of every unknown right.
8.3. If the Seller gives notice of withdrawal before the full net price has actually reached the Seller’s registered account, the sale process is halted without the store’s consent being sought and the watch is returned to the Seller. Payment by the Store to Watchlabb alone, the giving of a payment instruction or a partial payment does not pass this threshold. The return of any amounts collected is coordinated on the basis of their actual recipients and the records; any partial amount that has reached the Seller is repaid by the Seller. No success-based service fee arises for a transaction that is not completed.
8.4. After the full confirmed net price has been paid to the Seller, the Seller may not unilaterally withdraw and take the watch back, even if the watch is still at the inspection centre. Any request by the former owner to take the watch back or for a cancellation by agreement is discussed with the Store; the refund and hand-over terms to apply are agreed between the persons concerned. Watchlabb does not guarantee this agreement or the performance of the other party. For the Store, too, there is no unconditional refund assurance from Watchlabb based merely on a change of mind or on an expected profit not materialising. Fraud, stolen products, concealed non-conformities and rights that cannot be excluded by law are reserved.
8.5. If the sale does not take place, the watch and the parts handed over are returned to the Seller. No undertaking is given that a transaction that is not completed will be automatically transferred to another store or that an alternative watch will be found for the Store. If a new transaction is to be set up, the new parties, amount and confirmations are determined separately.
9. Confidentiality and security
9.1. The Seller’s identity and contact details and other stores’ offers are not shown on the offer screens. This protection does not prevent Watchlabb from using necessary information for the purposes of the transaction, from sharing what is necessary for payment or from responding to lawful requests from authorities.
9.2. The Store uses the report, images and transaction information for the purpose of assessing the relevant purchase and protecting its rights. This information may not be used for unauthorised promotion, other sales listings, disclosure of personal data or putting pressure on third parties. The rights to submit lawful evidence and to apply to the competent authorities are reserved.
9.3. Indications such as a verified Seller, a referenced store or a Watchlabb inspection are not a guarantee of all the conduct of the other party or of every feature of the product.
10. Restrictions, records and entry into force
10.1. In the event of non-genuine or collusive offers, misleading conduct aimed at testing prices, unauthorised transactions, repeated abuse or a serious security risk, Watchlabb may request information and explanations, and may restrict, suspend or terminate participation in Trink Saat. Repeated withdrawal from purchases without good reason for watches consistent with the report is subject to the review principles in 6.2; no automatic finding of breach is drawn from a single incident. Where appropriate, reasons are given and the Store may submit an explanation or objection through support. No fine, contractual penalty or withdrawal fee is applied in the course of this participation management. Other specific security and fraud cases are assessed separately under the Membership Agreement and the Store Agreement.
10.2. Acceptance of participation, offers, the report and its versions, purchase/revision decisions, and payment and hand-over confirmations are linked to the relevant transaction. Necessary records are retained for a period limited to their purpose and the statutory period; the records do not exclude other lawful evidence or the right to object.
10.3. The terms are accepted once, on joining. Watchlabb reserves the right to change the service fee rate, the participation terms and the way the service operates; updated terms take effect on the date of publication and material changes are announced in the store panel. Changes do not retroactively alter transactions already carried out.
10.4. Requests and complaints are sent, quoting the transaction number, through the official support channels. Watchlabb’s liability for intent and gross negligence, liability arising from tasks it has actually undertaken, and liability that cannot be excluded by law are reserved. Turkish law and the mandatory protective and jurisdiction provisions apply; the right to apply to the competent authorities is preserved.
