Doping, Store Plan and PASS Rules
Effective date: 27/10/2026 · Version 1
1. Common principles
These rules explain Watchlabb’s Doping, store plan and auction PASS services, each within its own scope. The order details of the relevant product, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Service Contract apply together. This document is not a contract for the purchase and sale of a watch.
A service is assigned to the person, listing or store clearly specified in the order. Fees, taxes, discounts, the currency, the exchange rate where necessary and the total payable are shown before payment. A general example or design price does not replace the purchase price.
Confirmation of successful payment, the assignment of rights and the actual provision of the service are recorded separately. No undisclosed additional service or charge is added. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Doping types and durations
Homepage showcase promotes the listing in the showcase; top of list promotes it in results that match the relevant search and filters. Metallic frame changes the appearance of the listing card. The selected duration is 3, 7, 15 or 30 days; it starts after confirmation of successful payment. The definitive start and end records apply.
The position of promoted listings among themselves may change. Having Doping is not a guarantee of permanently holding first place alone, of a particular number of views, of offers or of a sale. The frame is a visual service on the listing card; it is not an indication relating to the watch itself or its originality.
Social media share covers one share each on Watchlabb’s currently active social media accounts. It is made within 48 hours after successful payment; it is a one-off service. Other accounts, a paid advertising budget, continuous resharing and a particular reach are outside its scope unless offered separately.
Placing a social share in the queue is not the same as actually sharing it. For a share that is delayed or not made, a review and resolution may be requested from support.
3. Doping usage situations
Doping applies to the relevant standard listing that is in an eligible state at the time of purchase; it is not transferred automatically to a Trink application. While Doping of the same type is still running, the limit on a new purchase is applied on the product screen.
While the listing is inactive, no visibility is provided; the timer of time-limited Doping continues. When the listing is put back into eligible publication, the remaining time may be used. When the listing is closed as sold or deleted, the Doping and any pending social share may end. The relevant consequences are shown before the action.
The seller closing, selling, deleting or keeping their listing inactive of their own accord does not automatically freeze the remaining period of a service that has properly started, does not transfer it to another listing and does not give rise to a refund. Statutory rights of withdrawal and rights relating to incomplete/non-conforming services are reserved.
4. Store plan
The store application and eligibility review are subject to the Store Agreement. No automatic charge is made to a card when applying.
The current store product is a one-year period. For a store whose period is running, the new period is added to the current end date; for a store whose period has expired, it starts after successful payment. The specific period and rights are shown before payment and recorded in the finalised order.
There is no automatic renewal or automatic card charge. The plan is not a guarantee of unlimited publication without review, unconditional access to every listing type, future features, or sales/profit. The actual plan rights apply together with the security and publication rules.
The page and listings of a store that is not renewed at the end of the period may be unpublished/made inactive. Ongoing sales and Trink matters do not lapse automatically. Closing the store, leaving it empty or deleting the account of one’s own accord does not, apart from statutory rights, automatically require a refund of the price for the remaining period.
5. Scope of the auction PASS
PASS allows the member to whom it is assigned to bid in eligible auctions for the stated period. It is not a ticket used up for a single watch, a deposit, money held in escrow or a purchase price. The conclusion of an auction does not automatically use up the remaining period of the PASS.
The periods offered are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. The current scope and price on the plan screen apply. A new purchase by a member whose PASS is still running is added to the end of the current expiry date; for a member without a valid PASS, the period starts from successful activation. The start and end are clearly shown.
PASS is personal; it cannot be transferred to another account or made available for use like a shared bidding account. Phone and identity verification, seller-specific blocks and other security conditions are separate from PASS. Buying PASS is not a guarantee of access to every seller’s auction, of seeing a particular number of watches, of a bid being accepted or of winning.
Automatic paid renewal does not apply unless it is expressly offered and accepted separately. Even if the member places no bids during the period, the disclosed access may have been provided; non-use alone is not a reason for freezing or a refund. A service not provided and statutory rights are assessed separately.
6. Price, plan, duration and campaign rights
The rights to change service fees, plan contents and durations, and to create campaigns, change campaign conditions or end campaigns, are reserved by VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Watchlabb”). The conditions of a campaign are shown on the screen where it is offered.
Changes do not retrospectively alter services already purchased or assigned.
7. Interruptions, auction cancellation and service problems
The reserve price not being reached in a single auction, the seller or the winner not completing the transaction, or a member being outbid or rejecting a sale offer, does not mean that the time-limited PASS service was not provided at all. Watchlabb does not guarantee a watch or a gain from a sale for these reasons.
Conversely, failure to provide the purchased access because of a technical problem, or failure to perform the service within the disclosed scope, is reviewed using the relevant records. Correction of the service, making up the missing time or an applicable refund is handled in accordance with the service contract and statutory rights.
Access may be restricted because of a breach or for security reasons. A seller-specific block is different from a general participation measure taken by Watchlabb. Holding a paid right does not permit transactions contrary to the rules; a single instance of backing out is not automatically deemed misuse. No monetary penalty, contractual penalty or withdrawal penalty is applied.
8. Withdrawal, records and applications
The start of the service, an express request for early start and the applicable exceptions to the right of withdrawal are determined in accordance with the Distance Service Contract and the Preliminary Information Form. The name “digital” or the assignment of a right does not create an automatic and unconditional no-refund rule for all services. A future-dated renewal, a queued social share and a time-limited service that has started are each assessed according to their actual status.
The product ordered, the scope, the version of the rules shown, the start and end, activation and the related evidence of use/performance are kept together. A later change to the text does not of itself change the rights under an earlier order.
Requests and problems may be sent with the order or listing details to destek@watchlabb.com or to Watchlabb’s official support channels. Watchlabb’s liabilities arising from its own service that cannot be excluded by law, and the rights to apply to the competent authorities, are reserved.
