Trink Saat Seller and Intermediation Terms
Effective date: 27/10/2026 · Version 2
1. Parties and purpose of the service
1.1. These terms govern the intermediation process between the Member who submits their watch for evaluation through the Trink Saat service (the “Seller”) and VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Watchlabb”).
1.2. Watchlabb’s address is Caferağa Mah. Şifa Sk. No: 19, Kolektif House, Kadıköy/İstanbul; its MERSİS number is 0925125301600001; its contact address is destek@watchlabb.com and its support telephone number is +90 535 048 51 77.
1.3. The purpose of Trink Saat is to convey to member stores the offer of a person who wishes to sell their watch, to present the Seller with the net amount based on the highest valid offer and, upon acceptance, to coordinate the hand-over, pre-inspection, payment and completion. Watchlabb gives no undertaking to purchase the watch; the buyer in the sale of the watch is the relevant store.
2. Application and seller declarations
2.1. An application requires the necessary address details, a verified telephone number and an approved personal identity verification to be completed. The necessary verifications are also required of a person who offers their watch as a store owner. Any applicable limits on applications and repeat applications are shown on the transaction screen.
2.2. The Seller declares that the watch belongs to them or is a watch they are authorised to sell; that the product is original and its sale is lawful; and that the photographs, documents and descriptions are accurate. Known faults, damage, repairs, replaced parts, missing accessories, restrictions on ownership and material features may not be concealed. Non-original, stolen or unauthorised products may not be offered.
2.3. An ownership photograph, identity verification, visual examination or auxiliary artificial intelligence tools do not constitute a guarantee as to the ownership or originality of the watch. The Seller is responsible for checking the content of the application, including any automatically filled information.
2.4. No price or minimum sale price is set at the time of application. Information about other persons, or contact details that go beyond what the transaction rules allow, may not be added to the photographs and descriptions.
2.5. Applications are reviewed by Watchlabb; those found suitable are opened to the relevant stores. An application that is incomplete or misleading, poses a security risk or is unsuitable for the service may be rejected, or additional information may be requested. An application and its review are not a guarantee of an offer or of a sale.
3. Collection of offers and net amount
3.1. An approved application is presented to stores that take part in the service and fall within the relevant price range. Offers are collected on a sealed basis for two hours from the moment the listing actually opens. The opening time and the time remaining are shown on the Platform. No final offer is selected before the period has ended.
3.2. The last valid offer of each store is considered. Where offers are equal, the valid offer recorded first in the system takes priority. During the offer collection period the Seller sees the number of stores and of offers; at the end of the period the Seller sees the highest net amount presented to them. Store names and other offer details are not shared on the relevant screens.
3.3. The amount shown to the Seller is the net amount that will be paid to them if the sale is completed at that price. Watchlabb’s intermediation service fee is charged to the buying store; the Seller is not asked for any separate payment for this service or for a second commission on the net amount shown.
3.4. The fact that offers are shown in US dollars does not mean that the payment may be converted into a different currency without the terms being explained. The payment currency, the exchange rate if one applies, the exact amount to be transferred to the Seller and the payment terms are notified to and confirmed with the Seller before the transaction is completed.
3.5. If no offer is received or the Seller does not find an offer acceptable, no sale takes place. Watchlabb gives no guarantee of a sale at market value or at any particular amount.
4. Editing, withdrawal and the decision on the first offer
4.1. The Platform offers limited options to edit and withdraw, depending on the stage of the application. Permitted information may be edited during the first fifteen minutes after the application is opened for offers; the change is notified to the relevant stores and the offer period is not extended. Withdrawal of the application may be disabled during the last fifteen minutes of offer collection. The Seller’s right to reject the offer received at the end of the period remains.
4.2. The Seller may accept or reject the highest net offer until 23.59 Istanbul time on the day on which offer collection ends. The exact final decision time is shown on the transaction screen. If it is not accepted in time, the first offer lapses; silence does not constitute acceptance of the sale.
4.3. Acceptance of the first offer moves the process on to bringing the watch to the inspection centre and to the store’s decision following the pre-inspection. It does not mean that the price of the watch will be paid unconditionally or that the sale has definitely taken place.
4.4. The Seller may unilaterally withdraw from the sale until the full confirmed net price payable to them has actually reached their registered account. The fact that the store has approved the purchase or that the Seller has accepted a revised offer does not remove this right; the store’s separate consent is not required. Withdrawal is notified to Watchlabb through the official support channel and is taken into account in the payment process. No penalty or withdrawal fee is applied merely because this right is exercised, an offer is rejected or the watch is not brought in; fraud and specific abuse are assessed separately.
5. Physical hand-over and safekeeping
5.1. The watch is handed over in person to the inspection centre specified on the transaction screen by 19.00 on the second working day after acceptance of the first offer. For the purposes of this hand-over, working days are Monday to Saturday and times are Istanbul time. The exact hand-over deadline, the address and the opening hours are shown in the relevant transaction.
5.2. Shipping by courier is not offered under the current service. A different hand-over arrangement may be applied only if it is expressly confirmed in advance by Watchlabb. Delivery to another address or to an unauthorised person does not count as hand-over to Watchlabb.
5.3. The Seller brings the watch together with the box, documents and accessories stated in the listing, and their identity document. Where hand-over in person is not possible, the authority to represent the Seller and to hand over the watch is confirmed by Watchlabb in advance; it is not unconditionally accepted that any person may bring or collect the watch.
5.4. On hand-over, the distinguishing details of the watch, its visible condition, the parts brought in, the time of hand-over and the person taking delivery are recorded. Parts that appear in the listing but are not brought in, and any differences observed, are included in the assessment. The hand-over record is not an acceptance of sale or a certificate of originality. To document the hand-over and the inspection, the product, the box/accessories and the actions carried out may be recorded by photograph or video; where a shipment has been expressly agreed, the opening of the package is also covered. Recording is limited to the product; no unnecessary recording is made of faces, conversations or identity documents. A short notice is given to the data subject before recording. The purpose, sharing and limited retention of recordings containing personal data, and the routes for making applications, are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. This recording does not mean consent in advance to the sale or to all the findings of the report, nor general surveillance of the area.
5.5. From the time Watchlabb takes delivery of the watch until it is handed over to the store or returned to the Seller, the necessary safekeeping and hand-over arrangements are carried out by Watchlabb. Liability arising from its own acts of safekeeping and hand-over is not removed by a general statement that it acts as an intermediary.
5.6. If the hand-over deadline is missed, Watchlabb reviews the circumstances; any additional time granted or any decision to cancel is notified through the relevant transaction. Additional time does not arise automatically unless it is separately confirmed. Failure to bring in the watch does not place Watchlabb under any obligation to buy the watch or to pay the store’s offer.
6. Pre-inspection report and objections
6.1. A Pre-inspection Report is prepared for the watch, showing the observations at the time of hand-over and the scope of the inspection. This report is not an expert appraisal, a brand service report, a certificate of originality or a guarantee of future operation. The case and caseback are not opened.
6.2. The report assesses the applicable identification/reference, operation, condition, signs of wear, declared faults, damage and set information. Matters that could not be inspected and differences identified are explained. A result of “consistent with the listing” does not mean that all hidden faults or elements of originality have been conclusively investigated.
6.3. If there is doubt as to originality or the process cannot be safely continued, Watchlabb may halt the sale and coordinates the return of the watch. The Seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the information they provided.
6.4. The report is made available to the Seller and to the relevant buying store. The Seller may object to the report or to the grounds for a revision; they may submit a withdrawal from the sale, an explanation or a request for reassessment through support. Opening the report or having accepted the first offer does not amount to accepting all the findings of the report in advance.
6.5. Necessary corrections are recorded with a new version of the report and the reasons for them; the decisions affected are presented to the parties again. An earlier record may not be used as if it were acceptance of the new report. If an additional expert appraisal is requested, the method, authority, scope, duration and any possible cost are agreed separately in advance; no appraisal or storage fee that has not been disclosed in advance arises automatically.
7. Store decision and revised offer
7.1. By the final decision time shown in the transaction on the day the report is published, the store may approve the purchase, withdraw from the purchase or, if the report shows a difference, submit a lower offer with reasons. The store may decline to buy before final approval of the purchase even if the report is consistent with the listing.
7.2. The store’s withdrawal from the purchase is not a refusal by Watchlabb to buy the watch. Watchlabb does not guarantee the store’s purchase, its ability to pay or the performance of its promise; and it gives no undertaking, merely for that reason, to pay the same price, to find another buyer or to cover travel and time costs.
7.3. The new net amount of the revised offer and the reasons for it are presented to the Seller. The Seller makes a separate decision to accept or reject within the period shown. The Seller is not obliged to accept the revised offer. If it is rejected, the sale is not completed; the watch is moved into the return process.
7.4. If, after the report, the store, or the Seller in respect of a revised offer, does not respond in time, silence does not count as acceptance of the purchase or of the sale. Watchlabb may extend the relevant period or bring the process to a close. The initial offer collection period and the post-report decision periods are different.
8. Final confirmation, payment and completion
8.1. The store’s express approval of the purchase after the report, or the Seller’s acceptance of its revised offer, is the purchase confirmation for moving on to the payment and completion stage. Once a revised offer has been accepted, no second approval is expected from the store for the same amount. This confirmation does not by itself transfer ownership of the watch and does not remove the Seller’s right to withdraw until payment is completed. Watchlabb does not become the buyer of the watch.
8.2. Payment and hand-over are coordinated by Watchlabb at the confirmed amount and on the confirmed terms. Depending on the route notified in the transaction, the store may pay the net amount directly to the Seller and the service fee separately to Watchlabb; or the amount may be transferred to Watchlabb and the net amount passed on to the Seller. The payee, the amount and the payment description are confirmed in advance. A party may not assume that its debt is in every case discharged by a payment made other than through the authorised payment route notified to it.
8.3. For payment, the Seller provides a TR IBAN registered in their own name and accepted on the Platform. For a natural person, the account holder must match the first name and surname on the identity document; for an eligible business transaction, the account holder must match the business’s trade name. Requests for payment to a third party are not accepted. A check of the IBAN format and bank code does not mean that ownership of the bank account has been conclusively verified with the bank; necessary information and confirmation may be requested.
8.4. The order and timing of payment are notified to the Seller according to the transaction. Unless it has expressly undertaken to do so separately, Watchlabb gives no undertaking to pay the store’s debt in advance from its own resources. Watchlabb’s own obligations relating to a payment task it has separately confirmed and to money it has actually received are reserved.
8.5. If the Seller gives notice that they are withdrawing before the full net price has actually reached their registered account, the transaction is not completed as a sale and the return to the Seller of the watch and the parts handed over is coordinated. Payment by the store to Watchlabb alone, the giving of a payment instruction or a partial payment does not take the place of full payment to the Seller. Any amounts already received are returned on the basis of the actual payees and the transaction records; the Seller repays any partial amount that has reached them. The store’s consent is not required for this cancellation, and no success-based service fee arises.
8.6. The parties agree that the sale becomes final and the watch passes to the Store when the full confirmed net price has actually reached the Seller’s registered account. If the watch is at the inspection centre at that time, the Seller, by this payment confirmation, instructs that the watch be held on behalf of the Store and handed over to the Store; Watchlabb records the payment confirmation and this hand-over arrangement in the transaction record. After payment, the Seller may not unilaterally withdraw and take the watch back, even if the watch is still at the inspection centre. The Seller discusses any request to take the watch back or for a cancellation by agreement with the buying Store; Watchlabb gives no guarantee of a buy-back or a refund of the price that it has not separately undertaken. Fraud, stolen products, concealed non-conformities and rights that cannot be excluded by law are reserved.
9. If the sale does not take place
9.1. If the sale is not completed or the process is cancelled, the Seller collects their watch and the parts they handed over from the inspection centre, after comparison against the record and subject to a check of identity or of authority confirmed in advance. The time and place of return are notified and coordinated by Watchlabb.
9.2. If a difference or damage is alleged on return, it is notified without delay and the records are examined. The hand-over receipt does not amount to an advance waiver of every right that may come to light later.
9.3. No success-based intermediation fee arises for a sale that is not completed. No fine, contractual penalty or withdrawal fee is applied under Trink Saat. The Seller’s obligation to provide accurate information continues; specific and repeated abuse may be taken into account in managing access to the Platform or to the relevant service. The Seller’s exercise of the right to withdraw before payment is not in itself abuse.
10. Records, applications and entry into force
10.1. The listing, the offer and net amount, the report version, transaction decisions, hand-over and payment confirmations and the accepted document versions are recorded and linked to the relevant transaction. Unnecessary data is not kept indefinitely; necessary records may be retained for a period limited to their purpose and the statutory period.
10.2. Identity, contact and bank details are used only for the necessary transaction and legal purposes. The fact that the parties’ names are not shown on the Platform is not an undertaking that no information will be given to competent authorities, to persons necessary for payment or in other lawful circumstances.
10.3. The application proceeds on the basis of electronic acceptance of these terms and of the relevant Seller Declaration. The first offer, the revised offer and hand-over decisions are recorded separately with their own amounts and scope. Updates do not retroactively change acceptances given for earlier transactions.
10.4. Complaints and objections may be sent, quoting the listing number, to destek@watchlabb.com or through the official support channel. Watchlabb’s liability for intent and gross negligence, and liability that cannot be excluded by law, are reserved. Turkish law and mandatory protective/jurisdiction provisions apply; the right to apply to the competent authorities is preserved.
